Default I've jointed the family...

I got my first motorcycle and of course it's a Harley. It's a 2005 Softail Springer with 5300 miles on it beautiful in every way. I had a great friend help me close the deal for a great price. I had so much fun on my ride this morning, I'm hoping it doesn't rain this afternoon so I can take another ride.

It is dangerous to ride barefoot without a helmet.

I ride an FXD, but if I were going to ride something else, it might just be a Springer. There's just something about that front end.

You need to learn a lot about riding before you just jump out there in the real world on that thing. Baby steps.

Brave93,

Congrats! Ride safe.
That's a beautiful bike you got there.

If you haven't taken the MSF course I highly recommend it.

Cheers,

Tom

Beautiful bike. Really beautiful. Have fun with it.

There's a DVD called "Ride Like a Pro" that has some excellent advice in it. Stuff that I had never figured out on my own in several years of riding.
