Well the Marin County HD dealers have closed.

So which is better for warranty/ service/ repairs:

1) Michael's in Rohnert Park - or - 2) Harley of Vallejo

 

The one Vallejo is a bunch of rip off artist there. A few years ago I needed some work done that should cost $300, but they insisted I needed a whole top end done to my motor and wanted to charge me $2500. If I was unsuspecting I would have had work done that was unnecessary. Would not take my bike there no matter what. Sorry to hear Golden Gate shut down. I rented a bike there a couple years ago. People seemed nice

Golden Gate Closed? Wow...that suprises me. I used to stop in there now and then when I lived in the Bay Area. It always seemed busy. I thought about that place yesterday when I was hooking up my Battery Tender...I couldn't remember where I bought it, and then on the box, noticed the sticker "Golden Gate Cycles". I bought that in about 1996, and the price on the box said $64.95! That seems kind of high for 14 years ago...

I say wait and see if GGHD reopens.
