Raining.... just wear more gear. Heated vest if it's cool, faceshield on my 3/4, rain pants and gore-tex gloves. Or we'd miss 1/2 the year.

I'm just thankful I don't live in Seattle! Now there it rains!

If rain is heavy in the forecast, I take a car to work. When it comes to just screwing around riding for fun, I just don't go if it's raining. I don't mind getting wet. It's crusing around later in wet underwear and socks that sucks. That, and cages can't see me as well as I'd like when it's raining cats and dogs.

Good luck. Watch the radar, and ride when you can between downpours.

If i think its going to rain, or i look at the weatherand see its supposed to rain, i throw my rain gear on to take with me, then if it rains i can stop and put the gear on and keep on going..if im headed to work and its already raining, and raining hard, i just take the truck, light rain, i suit up, if its gonna rain on me on my way home i really dont give a sqaut.
no its not enjoyable, but its not so unpleasant that i will let it keep me off my bike every day. i look for alternate routes in the rain to keep my ride as safe as i can, i dont like a full blown storm at night on the interstate, people wont see me and i will become a blood smear quick out there. i take back roads where i can drive at a safer speed and traffic is low.

Seems like its raining alot lately in different parts of the country.. Same here with afternoon storms. All I can say is have rain gear with ya or ride through and get blow dried afterwards. It aint stopping me from riding.

I personally feel it's kind of enjoyable to ride in some light rain. Just make sure the face is covered up so as not to get that "nail gun pointed at your face" feeling and some rain paints/good leather boots that don't let water in (Leather all the way up into the rain paints).

The most annoying places to get wet are the lower legs, those get soaked fast and the cold damp jeans will stick to you and socks are a no brainer.

just to rehash.. i dont mind riding in the rain.. ill go no matter what.. o much so, I in fact, do not own any rain gear... and have an open face helmet....

I get hit by rain all the time...
my friend and I used to leave for work on a schedule to avoid the rain.. on the way home, it dont matter.....
I have a company work truck though, so no worries about work too much

And for those of you not in, or havnt been in florida.. there is really not too much predicting,,,
rain, thunderstorms, lightning storms, hail... will pop up literally anywhere anytime..

our rain chance is 50% everyday, cause they just dont know...

you can be having a full on rainstorm at you house, cant even see out the window... and 1 street over its still a beauiful day...
I have been in areas where it is literally raining across the street...
Florida Rules..
like i said, i knew some would break my *****.. but i dont even have rain gear to prepare with.... just go with it.
Live to Ride, Ride to Eat!!!
Buccs are my team.... though they suck..
