also check with a dr. maybe you have whiplash

 

Sorry to hear of the accident. I was hit from behind by another motorcycle! I took it to the Harley dealer and like it was stated earlier, they replaced EVERY damaged piece on the bike. It came back like new [ even better as I had some up grades added as it was being rebuilt ].His insurance paid the whole bill [ plus some personal injury damages ].

 

What Doc said. Ask the dealer for the replaced parts back and then sell them on Craigs list or keep them as spare backups in case you ever have the need for them.

 

You obviously need louder pipes.

 

Just because it a HD dealer doesn't mean you wil get a good job. Make sure that they are on the same page you are. Insurance adjusters are worse than crack ******. If you are hurt, get a good lawyer. My bike got hit and the other guys Ins. adjuster gave the check to the dealership before anywork started. I had to call him and remind him that my name was on the CLEAR tittle. Make the check out to me. Once they had the money I would have been at their mercy to get it done.

 

Thanks for all the advice guys. Just to be a little more specific, I was wondering if about any advice like- make sure they refinish the saddlebag with ABC paint because it is flexible... stuff like that.
Hope to get her in the shop next week and get the ball rolling.
