Come on you will need to get the Harley sound with the pipes and air cleaner mod. You will miss the sound that the fat boy had. I am thinking of trading in my wide glide for the Ultra right now. Congrats on the new scooter!!

I just bought a new 2010 Ultra and told my wife "NO upgrades until next year".
Well.. I am another $1000 + in it already and just getting started.
You will want to get rid the CAT in the head pipe ASAP. Fuel Moto and Vance and Hines has replacement head pipes to do this for you. Even with the stock mufflers the head pipe makes it sound much better!!
Next on my list is a TTS Master tune and air kit.
Enjoy the new ride,

Congratulations on the new ride. I know how you feel. Traded my '03 Heritage for my Ultra. I miss the Heritage but don't regret the decision to get t he Ultra. I also got over the chrome addiction with this ride. Just creature comforts now.

Congrats on the new bike!
Every time I drop by my local dealer they mention that the police will be clamping down on loud pipes very soon. I hope your local doesn't, but it's something to consider these days when it comes to upgrades. It would really suck to spend $1500 on a performance upgrade only to have the police give you 24 hours to revert back to stock. I just hope that a noise bylaw will include loud stereos with huge watt subwoofers, trucks with loud air brakes, etc, etc...
Good luck with the new ride!
