Just put the K&N heavy breather on my 2010 Street Glide...
Did you do anything else in conjunction with that (new muffler, Power Commander V, etc...)?

If not, what difference have you noticed between the K&N and the stock air filter?

I also went with the K&N airfilter, but I also installed V&H pipes, remapped the computer and dyno tuned the bike all at once - its a whole new ball game now.

I did not put anything else on. I did notice quite a defference in the mid range pick up after the K&N install.

I put the SE Air filter and backplate on and kept the stock cover and put the Black and Orange SE Trim Ring over the stock "96" inch trim ring...
It looks good.....gives me what I need and add's a little "Screemin Eagle" wording around the ring....I know theres better but it sufficed.

Kuryaken sells a Throttle Servo Motor Cover for SE Stage One. I would imagine that it will fit the Heavy Breather. It runs about $80.
