Problem
I am going to take it to the HD place (they installed the tire) and have them check it out.
I had them relocate my rear turn signals on Friday, and I didn't think that had anything to do with it, but I just realized they may have dropped the rear tire to get better access under the fender, and maybe they left something loose? Since then is when the problem developed.
