I had one enlarged but was not happy with it and it cost about as much as a new vest.

If your near Memphis Mikes on hwy 64. Does great work and is dirt cheap.

He remove the liner in my Harley Leather jacket and sewed a monster patch on for $25. You couldn't tell the lining had been messed with.

Get a new vest and keep this one as a reminder.

Getting one tailored smaller would not look as different as having it enlarged. The new leather on an enlargement would not match. To the OP, I would get it tailored and any imperfections would be a reminder of the weight loss. Your vest can keep getting more miles on it that way.

Buy the new vest and keep the old one. If you're like me...you'll grow back into it!

Default Vest

Keep the old one and buy a new one. It never fails when I lose weight a few months later it comes back, so if your like me, you'll need the old one in due time.

How did you lose the weight? and congrats on the accomplishment. I need to shed about that much plus a few more!
