Maybe if you had a fatter ***? My personal experience is that mine never hurts thanks to the "extra padding". Some people have a bony ***, like a Tibetan ox. Knock back a bunch of beers, pizza, milkshakes, donuts, etc and see if it helps. Worked wonders for me (that and a Sundowner seat).
got the fat ***!!! Just not around the tailbone!!!

+1 on the Mustang seat, bout died with tailbone pain on my way to Virginia Beach when I got home got rid of the Corbin seat and went with the Mustang and have spent many more long days in the saddle with no more pain.

had same problem. corbin cured the problem, only about $700 for a heated corbin. i think you should try the beads and let us know,

Ride down to ROT absolutely KILLED me. Tailbone - could not sit in any position and be comfortable. There were not many vendors at ROT to help me with my issues (did find some interesting LEDs for the rear). Air Hawk was there,,, and I came that close.... but I remembered the links posted earlier and I thought about modifying the seat myself. But what to do for the ride home..... WalMart -- they have a solution for everything?? Well, I went to the automotive section and found a "gel" cushion seat for $20. Wife was skeptical and so was I but I needed something. Ride back was not near as painful. I am going to give this seat cushion some time. If it works, solution was only $20.

So, let me 'unnerstandt' this. Yur sayin' you DON'T wanna ride the Cap'n the 260 miles to Algona, and back, over the 4th ?????
