I can't believe all these threads on the subject. Are people that scared of them based solely on a media hyped image? In all my years of riding I have never had one even acknowledge my presence. They mind their business and they prefer you mind yours. If more people took their attitude the world would be a much better place IMO.

 

They prefer to be called clubs---calling them gangs is so quaint. Just don't make eye contact and back away slowly while muttering to yourself---theres no place like home---theres no place like home.

 

Simple solution if you see them pulling up behind you...

First give them the 'you are following too close' wave before throwing sparkplugs and ball bearings at them. (From other threads I've read apparently everyone carries these in their pockets).

I agree 110% with V2in......We have plenty of clubs in Texas....it seems everytime we turn around we see a new club. As a member of the HOG's orgainization we dont have any problems. if you are a member of AMA you shouldnt have any problems either. As long as you dont get into their business and provide them respect you should be ok. Dont dis-respect them in front of their club brothers even if he is someone you think you might know cause if he doesnt beat up on you his club brothers will. watch out for those with the 1% patch. You dont have to be afraid of them. you just give them RESPECT.

 

Never the 1%'s. But the Association type groups yes. Trying to be bad like they are 1%'s.
