Boy, got to say you got good aim. looks like a bullseye to me. Sure you can forget about getting help from the city and this is not nearly as big of a claim for a attorney to get invovled in. What am I saying.....Sorry, looks like this is just one of the costs of having a good time. Good luck and hope its just the tire and not the wheel.

LONG LIVE THE BELL!!!!!
The OP will have as much luck with that as suing the city for the loose bolts.

HAHA, no kidding right, I'm not sue happy. I do hate the fact that I am going to get stuck with the bill. Not working and having to fork out the cash SUCKS.

Yeah, it is definately the dealerships fault.
They should know better than to send someone down the road without a bell.

A bell is a bell-that's all. That is one hell of a bolt. Hope the wheel is ok, but it should be. Sorry about the bad luck.

Did you see the gremlin bell was missing when you picked the bike up from the service dept? If so, you should've insisted they put another bell on (it's an accessory like any other item on the bike) and all this could've been avoided...
