Boy, got to say you got good aim. looks like a bullseye to me. Sure you can forget about getting help from the city and this is not nearly as big of a claim for a attorney to get invovled in. Yes it is and if I were the OP I would tell the Dealer that they caused it by breaking my bell and they should replace the tire for free and cover any other damage or problems I might have for as long as I own the bike.

HAHA, no kidding right, I'm not sue happy. I do hate the fact that I am going to get stuck with the bill. Not working and having to fork out the cash SUCKS.
Did you see the gremlin bell was missing when you picked the bike up from the service dept? If so, you should've insisted they put another bell on (it's an accessory like any other item on the bike) and all this could've been avoided...
