Just got home from the visitation. Very sad. The kid was a rider, to be sure. He'd put over 11,000 miles on his Superglide since buying it from my brother last June. Took his dog with him all the time on the bike. The dog was actually with him when the crash occurred but came out of it unscathed. Sad indeed, I wish I had known him.

 

Very sad to hear. Hate hearing those stories. HAppened to a family member here only on the opposite side. She was the one who pulled out. Very hard on the family. Sorry for your loss. Just wish people could be more careful driving. And when accidents like this happen it wasn't just a slap on the wrist the people get. Kill a biker, get a reprimand.
