Not weak if it's 10 days with "Bubba."

I DO NOT condone drinking and driving, but just because I'm curious, how many of you know "first hand" of someone who was killed by a drunk motorcyclist?

Ding, ding, ding, correct.... we have not identified the correct solution
Drunk drivers are individual parts of a weapon of mass destruction of other people. When our country gets sick and tired of the carnage, the penalties will be raised significantly, and I do mean significantly for those who drink and drive. I am a fan of forced labor to compensate victims families

If the limits are too low..... run for office with the promise of doing away with those ridiculous low limits for the minute population that is not the least bit impaired at the limits that exist now. I am sure you will be elected in a landslide. Ya know, "It's your duty, your right to drink and drive, the DUI laws are a conspiracy!!!"

I graduated school with an advanced diploma, and better than a 3.0 average.

However, I could not, in a million years, while sober, repeat the alphabet backwards. EVER. I don't see why that is a sobriety test.

Can any of the LEOs here tell me why that is used, and what the average person can do with such test?

Thanx, RD

I think the lesson to be learned here is to double tap the cop and set fire to his cruiser before riding off.

How is that question relative to my comments regarding correctly identifying the problem and finding a solution that actually works?
