whatever dude, to me the posers are the fools on two year old bikes with 2000 miles who act too hard to wave at people.
like i said i didn't make the rules, by basic societal standards if a human waves at you and you see the wave, and purposely ignore it. you are in fact an a**hole.

Wow, the wave hangup. Is it a disease? Lighten up people, sometimes you don't really see another biker, sometimes you're just tired of waving after the 200th bike passed in an hour. Sometimes you want to say hello & sometimes you just want to ride. If you like to wave, feel free. If you like to wave back, feel free. And if you don't get a wave back don't take it so hard or are you 2 years old. And then to come & tell a internet forum that someone didn't wave back, grow up!

only if you see someone wave at you and you purposely don't wave back... that would by societies standards make you a quote unquote "a**hole". it's akin to someone saying hello, you hearing it and not saying hello back, or someone putting out thier hand for a hand shake and you putting your hands in your pocket.

i don't initiate a wave it wouldn't ever be a problem. i don't particularly like the wave, but since i'm not an a**hole when someone waves at me i'll be friendly and wave back.
to see another person wave at you and purposely not wave back makes you basically an a**hole, that's basic societal standards, i didn't make the rules.
