I've changed all my fuel lines to braided stainless.
I don't have to mess with either of them.

this would have been a really good question 40 yrs ago when the first came out.... cheap vs quality....

The worm type clamp is just fine if they are put on right. There is a need to have some slack come through the screw so that the end can be bent up at 90 degrees against the slack side of the scew holder. That way they can't come loose.
