I really like the new RKC tank emblem. But I don't care for the faux leather bags. So, I went with a standard RK simply for the bags. I think the Police Special and the Firefighters Special RK also look very nice.

How difficult is it to put new badges on a tank? I would think you'd have to shape the badge to fit.

Seems the tank paint schemes are frequently designed to complement the badges ... as with the 2009 Heritage in SJ58's signature above ...

Although sometimes the badges might look okay with another tank paint job ... I think there is definitely a risk of FAIL ... so, even if you really love a certain tank badge ... you have to consider how committed you are to going with it ... if you are 'all in' to repaint your tank just to sport the badges ...

This bike is on e-bay. Like pretty much everything about it.

I'm voting for the street bob emblem.

Question: What is the correct way to install a tank emblem? Should it be level to the ground? Or, should it be level to the bottom of the tank? My current stock emblem is at a slight angle... Much appreciated! - Vinnie
