And...I bet the cage driver's response was (wait for it)-------honest officer, I didn't see him/her (as they put their cell phone away). Hope the rider's OK.
Yesterday morning as I was driving to work, I counted three people with their cell phones crammed in their ears with their hands trying to hide them - It's illegal to use your cell phone while driving in Oregon, without a bluetooth ear piece.
