What are the laws to take a small trailer in back my harley in the states, georgia connecticut,virginia,south carolinia,north carolina,floride,massachusetts,new hampshire,newyork,pennsylvanie,vermont virginie,thank you

to the best of my knowledge in Florida the trailer needs to be tagged and registered as well as your Motorcycle .. There may be weight and length limits as well, this is easy enough to check on DMV laws per state..

In Pa as I think youll find in most states, you have to have a reg plate on the trailer. No insurance required, the m/c insurance covers the trailer for liability. Width is limited to 8 feet so now problem there.
