Anybody have this helmet and care to give their opinion on it? Looks nice, just curious how the weight and quality of it is.

I am not familiar with the 45 but I have the 55 half helmet with a retractable sun shield and I really like it. It fits my head perfectly and is light and comfy. They are certainly not expensive and I have read reviews on their full face helmet that says the ventilation is great.
I know this is more than you asked for but....................

 

I just returned the 35, Gmax's smallest helmet. Well made & great looking in the flat black carbon but it was huge. I have the Vega XTS naked & a Fulmer 81 naked. Both are smaller then the Gmax with the Fulmer having nicer straps. Quality is good on all.
