Is water cooled by only riding in the rain?

The other RUMOR floating around is that Harley is releasing a new CVO this year, the bike of choice this time is the Sportster with a 124" build.

Greetings,

Wow...this water-cooled rumor is starting earlier than normal this year! Not a good sign....

At some point the V-ROD motor will wind up moving into the other model lines....it has to and I believe that was the intention all along when they introduced it. Anyway I've seen some aftermarket "baggerized" VRODs that looked pretty cool. It'll be a sad day when the last air cooled VTwin rolls off the assembly line but we'll all get over it........ and if not there's like a gazillion used Harleys that will fill the void for many years to come.

Naw...the intention of the V-Rod was to compete with the sport bike and super bike market. I'd be real surprised to see other Harleys go water cooled...but then...if the EPA continues on with its current course, anything's possible...and, may be necessary just to meet emerging requirements.
