Default Riding without a shirt on

Ok let me start out by saying i don't live in a classy part of town...as you could probably tell by the title of my thread, but when the temps around here hit the upper 80's and 90's i seem to see alot people riding their bikes without shirts, i was just wondering if anybody sees this alot, i personally think it's crazy.

Nobody wants to see it. Put a shirt on, then go ride and have fun. Doesn't this hobby have enough bad stigma without outsiders coming seeing one of us with no freaking shirt? What kind of message is that?

no not crazy at all! retarded maybe! I have in laws that are crazy but even they have a little common sense. What you are describing is 2 strokes from mentally incapable (like an ostrich). damn, get a thin t-shirt, wife beater or something.

Shorts, tank-tops, beach slippers...and a full-face helmet. Go figure. Free country. We can make choices. My choice, I ride with demin pants, long-sleeve shirt, riding boots, leather gloves, and ff-helmet.

Relax, ride safely, and enjoy God's creations.

I have worn levis, jacket, boots and gloves all winter. an afternoon ride along the cost with t-shirt, shorts and tennis shoes sounds like a great recipe for fun. especially through huntington beach watching the bikinis (keeping an eye on the road of course).

None of my business if a person wants to ride without a shirt..

But then again, I don't wear a "Fashion/Safety Patrol" patch on my vest.

I'm pretty sure it's illegal in PA. In fact, I think it's illegal to operate ANY vehicle with no shirt on.

I wouldn't be against some of the female riders I've seen going topless though.

Rode last year once w/o my jacket (just HD T-shirt) and caught a June bug direct to the nipple going about 75mph . . .brought tears to my eyes.

So I guess the answer for me is . . NO F'IN WAY!

What part of town do you live in? I live over off N. Main and don't think I have ever seen anyone riding with out a shirt, a lot of idiots in shorts and sandles though.
