way over priced for the qulaity and sound provided. Wild Pigs are less than half the price and are virtually the same mufflers. local dealer here cleared out their stock last year for $50 a set. i practically gave away mine including extra different sized baffles.

I have Rush slash downs with 1.5" baffles. Put them on 3 years ago and they still look great. Everyone has their preference- some like loud, some like quiet, some like in-between. I like in-between.
I started with 2" baffles but got tired of my ears ringing after a one hour ride, so I skipped the 1.75" and went to the smaller 1.5's and couldn't be happier. Nice low rumble at idle and cruise, no earplugs required on an all-day ride, and I can hear the stereo. I can also exit the neighborhood early in the morning without waking everyone up. But when WFO or rowing through the gears, they have a fairly loud bark.
They are the perfect pipes for me- quiet when I want it and loud when I want it.

I have 2" rush slip-ons on my CrossBones, but had 1.75" on the old FatBob. Either way, they sounded great. Neither size is obnoxious, or overly noisy. But, just right. A nice amount of rumble and growl. Definitely loud enough you know the bike is running, and you have to lift your voice to talk over it.

I will say, none of the neighbours mention it, so it is not too loud, if you are worried about annoying your neighbours. Mine are fairly quiet people, and I'm sure they would have brought it up if they thought my pipes were too loud.

Two inchers on mine. I discribe the sound as a low bassy sound. Other brands have a mid range (tennor) sound, sort of a barking sound. The rushes have a great start up tone too. A down side to them is they don't have "Rush" stamped on the pipes. That would be a nice touch.
