Definitely LOCK AND LEAN over Ride Like a Pro.

After contacting my "local" Ride Like a Pro and never receiving a response AND contacting Jerry Palladino who said he would follow-up with me - AND never receiving a response, I would tend to lean toward a better run organization.

Lock & Lean is located in Rockford, Illinois and also has trainers in Pensacola, Florida and occasionally elsewhere. They offer tiered training (101, 102, 201, 301) and will definitely take you further than Ride Like a Pro if you’re willing to travel.

Those Ride Like a Pro franchises are only as good as the franchise owner. They must not have much oversight.

That's very cool! Yes, I purchased my 2021 FLHTP from Dillon Brothers and had it shipped to me in California.

As you probably know, Dillon Brothers leases bikes to the Omaha PD every year, and then sell them when the motors come off lease. Mine is in great condition and has 8,400 miles on the clock, which is why I can register it in California even though it's 49-state emissions certified.

I've had trouble finding a police motor school open to civilians here in California, so I may have to travel out of state to find good training, which I'm willing to do.
