Going through police motor school
#371
That's funny..... I was just going to start a thread about this. I just finished the Midwest course yesterday, with Twilly (didn't know you were a member here buddy). WOW! VERY humbling experience to say the least. Learned a lot and didn't realize a lot of things I was doing wrong. Everyone should take a course like this. It's amazing the control you learn on a real bike (Police Road King). It really is surprising how much you can progress in the duration of the course. The instructors really care about what they are doing and what they are teaching. Fantastic course and worth every penny. You gain a whole new respect for motorcops and their abilities, that's for damn sure.

Anyone planning an attending the HOG Skills Comp in Milwaukee? http://hog30skills.eventbrite.com/ Should be a fun and great way to showplace our skills in front of a national audience. I personally know several riders from Alabama and Texas that have signed up. My understanding is that it is open to all HOG members- civilian and motor officers.

Haha! I had forgotten about this thread! I'm in Buda, TX right now at a motor competition and these guys down here are GOOD. Might be out of my league down here! Playing with the big boys!
