Default do V+H quiet baffles make a difference?

i just put a set of V+H Big Shots on my street bob and i love the looks and the sound. But i think they are a bit too loud for my liking. So obviously i'm gonna go the route of getting the quiet baffles but when they say 2-3 dcb quieter i know that isn't much. Those who have them have you noticed a difference in the sound? or should i just save my money and enjoy the sound i got

Yes, the sound is different. But I wouldn't call it "quiet".
It is a deeper smoother sound, not as "raspy" sounding as the std. baffle.
It is still loud though.

Note: This was on my Short Shots, it might be different on the Big Shots.

I mail ordered a set of big shots and quiet baffles... they only sent me one baffles and now I cant put the exhaust on...I dont think...b/c the baffle screws would be blocked by the shields.

wondering if it is even worth it to wait for the stock baffle to come in? or just use the regualr bafffles and be done!

I had big shots on my 06 fatboy. I thouht they were a little loud so I put in some quite baffles. I liked the deeper sounds and they were somewhat quieter.
