Ordered 2 windshields for our Dyna's and was told it would take about 6/8 weeks due to custom sizing, it has now been 10 weeks and NO replies to emails and the phone defaults to an answering machine.

Any updates appreciated---oh! they charged our credit cards----we have a way to obtain a refund so that is not a worry----just the shields -needed for this season.

 

They were at the Arizona Bike Week last week. I bought a windshield from them. Very nice folks. Not an excuse for not responding to customers, but a lot of small businesses have no one in the shop when they are on the road. I'm heading for Laughlin in a few hours. If I see them there, I'll post when I get back.

 

I did business with them several years ago and they were very slow then. Other than being really slow they have a very good product and stand behind it.

 

I've bought two windshields from them and echo the previous comment of them being great to do business with and have a equally great product. Sorry to hear you're having problems.

 

I ordered one of their blems as a lot of people on here advised. Very minor scratch and those are ready to ship. Got mine in less than two weeks, including customs.

I just got a 9 1/2" blem from them earlier this week so they're still around

 

I've bought from them before. They have a bad business model where they don't maintain any stock. Every order is a custom and built only when an order is placed. At least that was my experience. Nice windshield when I got it but it took a while.

 

They have the "blemished" shields in stock on thier website. I got one a couple months ago and it came in about a week. It was supposed to be blemished but i really couldn't see anything wrong with it.
