Default where to complain about dealer to Harley?

1st off bought LCD temp dipstick from dealer and installed it myself.it doesn't work right and they say cuz i installed it they can't do anything about it.How could you install that wrong?makes me wonder how much they would of charged to install.How much for 2 seconds of shop time.Don't Buy **** from Shreffler's Harley in Manteno,Illinois.

That's got to be the funniest shiat I've ever heard. How the hell could you install a round plug into a round hole incorrectly?!?!

Not a joke i'm serious.i just want them to look at it or get me a new dipstick.the one i bought is supposed to fit 99 through 06.i want to stand in front of the store and wear a sign that tells my story.

the oil level doesn't work and i'm not sure if the temperature part is correct.i just want them to verify the temp side.they just lost a good customer.

You can go into the General chat section and look in the "sticky's" area. There is a sticky for Bad Dealers and experiences. You can post there and let others know about what happened to you.

i saw that but that is not going to resolve my problem.i will be doing that to,and thanks for the advice.i want to talk to Harley about this.

I haven't looked but I assume if you go to the Harley corporate website and look around a bit you should find a customer service or contact us link that will put you in touch with someone that Might be able to help you.
