Thanks for the responses,i did boil the water and the temp is working but the level doesn't.i'm going back and get a bunch of parts on the counter and then telling them since i install them i can't help them.then leaving put it all back and have a nice life.they lost a good customer.LITTLE Mike you have any problems with Conrads.if i need anything else,internet here i come.

Exactly what do you mean, the level isn't working? Don't you just read the level on the stick, and the temp gauge is on the end?

I haven't seen one of these, but don't see how the level could be wrong. I guess I just don't understand.
