where to complain about dealer to Harley?

If it doesn't work right, I would put it back in the box, take the original sales receipt and return it to the store for a refund. If they refuse to refund the money, file a grievance with the BBB, and file a notice or motion with the small claims court. Here it costs you a hundred bucks to go to small claims, but I think you want to make a point more than you're worried about the hundred bucks. Anyway, you'll get their attention.

Here in England we have i think 34 or 40 dealer's ....... The point bein made if they give you **** service you go somewhere else there are only three dealers along the whole coastline of southern England ....... one in London and the rest spread far and wide ....... So i think it's in there interest to look after you if not people soon talk and they loose sales ...... And they aint gonna stay in business to long .... Obviously the size of America you probably have thousands ....... Sometimes less is more .......

Have you tried changing the battery? For a couple bucks its cheaper than all the grief, but I do understand your frustration. Who knows how long its been sitting before you bought it.

take the dip stick and put the stick part into a pot of boiling water. if it reads near 212 degrees the temp is right. the part about "the oil level doesn't work" makes absolutely no sense at all. wtf are you talking about?
