beware of this dealer
I have spoken to my attorney and he said its probably not worth it. He said I might still have a case but I have to put out a few thousand for attorney fees and then wait what ever time that takes to go through court etc... No Im not giving up a whole season of riding for these dirt bags. I found another bike so Im just passing along my experiences with them and I hope everyone who reads this or anyone that had bad experiences with them does the same. Thanks to eveyone and ride safe.

The old saying was, "Treat a customer right and he'll tell a friend. Treat him wrong and he'll tell ten friends." This dealer will likely lose more than $5000 worth of business based on this thread.

Please send a copy of the bill of sale to the MoCo. It won't take but a few minutes, a stamp and a few copies. With the economy the way it is, no company wants bad publicity. Also send hard copies to the BBB, and to anyone else you can.
I would even buy bumper stickers that put them down, but you have to be honest about it, it can't have any falsehoods in it.
A similar thing happened in Danville Va about 10 years ago. A man made a big sign, 5 or 6 feet tall, and put it in the back of his pickup truck. White sign, red letters, it really stood out. It took a few months, but he got the settlement he was after.
I just hate to see you give up, but considering the financial and time expenses, I can't say I blame you.
What comes around, goes around. Karma can be hell.

Sorry to hear that you must give up the fight, but completely understand. Us little guys don't always have the deep pockets needed to fight the good fight. Best of luck to you and happy you picked up a new ride elsewhere!
