Nice! I have also heard the miles don't count unless you are wearing your HOG cut.

 

Actually, the date is June 27, Monday. According to the web site, ANY RIDER can participate this year. It just takes a HOG member to log in and log down his and the other riders mileage. It's all in good fun. If it seems silly to you, don't participate, don't be a hater. Peace.

Last year HOG logged in 3.5 million miles.
This year the event is open to ALL bikes, no matter what make / model.
Just another way to introduce HD brand to other riders.

This is just another ploy to get people to run miles up on their bikes so HD can make more money selling more service, tires, and new bikes. Some chapters organize long rides for this day to get the recorded miles higher. I'm not aware of anyone benefiting from this other than the moco.

 

This years Million Mile Monday IS June 27th 2011

Just get with a HOG member buddy and they can log your miles for that monday. As for me it's just a great excuse to burn a vacation day and ride

 

I rode on MMM last year out to western NY and back. ~600 miles each way and was a blast.

 

I'm hoping to do a Saddlesore 1000 ride for MMM

 

What about benefiting from getting a nice ride in? Any excuse to get out riding works for me!

 

I'll ride...thats if we dont have any crazy TN weather in june...which is doubtful
