I also am witing for the return shipping label from ACC.I tried on the Daytona skull cap.It was the worst mushroom head look, despite their advertising. The HCI 100 was a much better fit.GMAX GM55 helmet sits down lower on your head, however I can't get one that fits well.I just ordered an xxl,the xl was too tight.

Everybody has a different head shape. Comments are one thing, but actually trying it out is something else.

I have a ACC helmet release 2 and when DOT pulled their certification, I purchased a Daytona half helmet in stars and stripes. It is a bigger helmet, but I wear a do-rag to keep it from creeping up. I personally don't like the d ring set up so I put a quick release on. They are much lighter and smaller than the Harley helmets, so I'm glad I made the purchase.

If you do order one over the internet, make sure you measure your head at least 3-4 times to ensure the right size. They are true to size, at least for me.

I actually tried to get a hold of ACC to get a return label...otta business. But since I bought my helmet with my American Express card and bought it two weeks before the recall...amex refunded my card. I guess they could go after ACC when I had no luck with them...good to pay with your amex
