Most important as you are not hurt or maimed. Now get that braods info to every patrolman you know so they can pull her over every time they see her and cite her for littering and no license.

Update
Great! Got rearended today while in line to pay my powerbill. I was on my Ultra that has 750 miles.
Now I get to see how good Mt. Cheaha H-D is at fixing the bikes they sell. I'll trailer it up there Friday.
Hope everyone else is having a good day.
Mike
- She had no driving card.
- She had no insurance.
- She was driving a POS car that is not worth attaching a lean on.

Repairing the rear fender, replacing the light bar and replacing the saddlebag rails ...(drumroll)...$656 + tax on the parts. Far less than what I thought it would be. They are tearing down today and getting the fender to the body shop. ETA on repairs..."about a week". Now lets hope that the little gangsta girl comes off with the money she owes.

Don't know how it is in TN, but up here liability insurance is mandatory. Seems to me that insurance companies should be required to notify the state when a person's policy expires and is not renewed. That person should receive a visit from law enforcement and if they cannot show proof of insurance their car should be impounded until they show a valid policy.

Alabama is more interested in try to pass "electronic bingo" gaming (machines that play bingo that look, act and feel like slot machines that are already illegal) than to change the law to actually give it teeth.
