hehe, solo seat and no passenger pegs... I vote solo! Shoot, my wife of 25 years used to fall asleep riding on the tail of a V-Max, she'd be out before the ride begins on the fxd.

 

I love it when my wife comes along for the ride or trip. Leaving tuesday for Laughlin, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Cottonwood, Jerome, Prescott, Quartsite and back home. Wouldn't be as much fun if she wasn't on the back with me. If I had my way she'd be there everytime I swung a leg over the machine. We met on a bike and I took her for a ride. She's been taking me for a ride ever since.

 

I prefer to ride with my wife. I like her a lot. I like spending time with her. That's why I married her. I bought a Harley so she & I can ride together. If I wanted to ride solo, I'd have bought a sport bike.

 

HATE 2 up, much rather ride alone. But will admit, bike rides smoother 2 up. Also cant ride HARD with wife or daughter on bike, the way i like to!

 

WOW! The answers surprise me! I love for my wife to come along. She wasn't too comfortable on the back of our old bike and quit going on a lot of the rides because of it. I just bought an Ultra Classic Saturday to remedy that situation. I would rather my beautiful wife be with me than ride alone. I'll admit though, she makes a great passenger and never has freaked out on the back seat......no matter what the situation was

It doesn't matter all that much to me either way. Around town I would prefer to ride solo but on trips where she fatigues on her own bike I am more relaxed with her on the back rather than her own bike where I have to watch her all the time.

 

Depends on how long the ride is. I always prefer the company of a pretty woman but after about 100 miles I start feeling sorry for them. It must be pretty boring just sitting there for that long.

 

I couldn't agree more, I would rather be alone. wish I could convince my wife to learn to ride on her own.
