Question Comfortable Motorcycle Boots???

Wanting to pick up some new motorcycle boots, but I'm concerned that I'm gonna get stuck with something uncomfortable. I've been leaning towards the Ariat Carbide H2O boot, but am open to suggestions.

Basically I want a pair of boots that I can ride and walk in - all day boots.

I have a pair of Harley boots (stock #93074) that are very comfortable for both riding and walking. They have a zipper up the side which makes putting the boots on and taking them off very easy. Pricing was comparable to other similar boots.

I got me a pair of these. They've done well over a thousand miles of riding and probably 10 miles of walking.

As I was putting my Harley boots on the other day, I realized that I had bought them in 1990. I couldn't believe I'd had them that long. Fact is that most of the time they're sitting on my floorboards and only touch the ground at stops. I'll probably not live long enough to wear them out.

Any comfortable work boots that are higher than the ankle will be fine. I see no sense in spending $200+ for "motorcycle boots" unless you are so inclined. Been using Army boots from the 60's that have had soles and heels replaced several times, and some work boots that have turned into yard boots.

Georgia Boots are all I wear. I have worn them for the past 15 years and wear them for work or play.
