My budget Harber Freight ones now has no tips. Broke off real quick. Bought a Irwin set at Lowes and all is well

I bought a set at Autozone which has interchangeable sizes. They worked fine and were under $15. Those snap rings are a PITA to find when they drop on a brick paved driveway! I had to go to Autozone and buy a pack of them after about an hour of searching for the dropped one.

I wont use the ones with interchangable tips-----------------they are to fat and bulky and to me just suck.I buy the snap ons that the big kit has the right sized tit to go in the snap rings and have all the different angles on them.I think there was 12 in the kit.

+1 on Sears. They are also switchable from inside to outside.

I replaced the Autozone pliers with a set from NAPA. Cost was around 20.00. They are tough. Totally ruined the AZ tool. I was doing transmission work on a 6 speed.
