And along the lines of what the Gumbster offered -

What is the mission/purpose of your club?

What makes you different from any existing club?

Where are your bylaws?

Are you and ALL your members prepared for a serious "mud check"?

Did you know that getting the OK from the local dominant carries little weight as soon as you go into another chapter's area, even when it's the same dominant?

Plenty more along these lines, but it's free dump day here. I'm gonna take a free dump in the reading room, and then gather up the year's dump-ables and head to the dump.

Feel free to PM.

Why go through the hassle just to put patches on your back?
I ride with various friends. Have gone with a couple groups that meet regularly and go for a ride, (leave from the same place every Thursday at 6:00) just show up. No secret handshake or password. No real leaders.
I suppose these groups could call themselves a club. What difference does it make?
If your looking for friends to ride with you just need to make friends with people who ride.

I will try to keep this brief. The first NO NO for a RC is a center patch with a top and bottom Rocker. Whether it claims territory or not. You travel with this, you will likely need to back up your endeavor with your buddies. As Gump just pointed out, it is not unusual to be de-patched on the spot by a Territory Dominant MC. It even happens out here in the NW.

If you want a patch, than go put your time in, and earn the respect you apparently seek. Anyone that wants to play Wild Hogs is playing in a world they know little about. As suggested, gather your approved buddies and simply just go ride. You will have allot more fun. If you want to be an RC, Center Patch only with the letters "RC" in the right corner. There are plenty of respected clubs to choose. Anything with Rockers is inviting yourself and your friends a schooling, once you leave town.
