All good paint schemes, including the plain black, it's amazing how a change of paint sets your bike apart from all others, the choice of colour & styles is endless, I think this will be an inspirational thread for anyone considering getting their paint scheme re-done., keep them coming!!

Not a tank pic, but an image of the rear fender on my '03 Fat Boy. The tank still carries the factory black/silver anniversary paint, but the fenders were painted when I put the wider tire on the bike. Since it is a "ghost" image under the black paint, it is really hard to photograph. Thanks to Pat Paldino of Kustom Flames for the paint.

revzhawg, not sure, but I'd say from 1k & up, & up!, depending on detail of design & paint/clear coat finishes

Re-did the factory yellow as the base and added the tribals in orange crystal.

Used the new Fatboy Lo tank badge instead of the decal.

Went with Attitude Custom Painting in Tampa.

I've had mine in for painting for six weeks now. I hope they finish it some day. I'd post the plain black tank but somebody already beat me to it...
