Iron Horse Magazine

Dave Snow is doing tats at "The Parlor" in NLR Arkansas. Hammer with "The Horse BC" magazine did an article about the top five mc mag editors and Dave was number one on the list.
Hammer took a few jabs at Dave in the article but overall he complimented him. I copied the article and took it to Dave so he could read it. He had some choice comments about Hammer so I dont think theres any love lost between the two of them.

My website....
Anyone here ever read Iron Horse magazine in the '90s when Dave Snow was the editor? Great stuff from a writer that knew and understood Harley history. The mag also featured columnists like Scott "Genghis" Wong and Flynch, etc. Not to be confused with "The Horse", which was (is) a pale comparison done by different people altogether.

Stopped reading Easyriders when they went to featuring only $30,000 bikes owned by someone who did'nt build it. I built my own back in the day, and love reading about guys still doing it now. "Choppers" and "Iron Horse" were two of my favs.

It's been a long time since I've subscribed to any magazines. When I did finally subscribe to a couple magazines, I was a bit disappointed with all of the ads in the American Iron and the American Bagger magazine. I compared the number of ads compared to the number of articles and there were about 50/50 but the advertisements seem to be overwhelming to me.

I also remember a lot of hate in IH back then. You hated softails, FXR's, basically every new Harley. Can't remember if you hated the evolution engine. You mellowed any?
