I'm curious about why you all love Harley Davidson so much. What is it about the brand that makes you stay loyal to it? Is it because of something more than just good bikes? Tell me!

I'm not questioning that you like Harley Davidsons. It's just that I am studying customer loyalty and is therefore curious to know what it is about the brand that has attracted you?

 

I think its prestige, I ride what I have and right now that's a Harley.

 

For me,it almost borders on genetics,several generations of my family all rode Harleys.The first time I ever realized (around 5 yrs old)what a Harley was I wanted one.Bought my first one at 14 yrs old, still at it 48 yrs later.I loved everything about a Harley starting with the founders.The big twins,the looks,the sound,the separate engine and trans,all reasons why nothing else will ever do.

 

Others try to copy them, but fall short of the real thing.
U really have to own one to understand it, the support system, the people, the connection with the bike, its just,,, well just say,,,,, "organismic".
