Default cable lube

can someone tell me how hard itis to lube the cable on my dyna glide or a vid that shows how it is done thanks for reading

Try Expertvillage.com, and search videos for harley davidson cable lube. I just did my clutch cable. Not sure about the idle and throttle cables. Maybe some one else knows.

Pop open the switch housings and get some dri slide. Stick the needle inside the cable and squeeze. Put switch housings back together. On the brake side don't forget to shim the lever so the brake light switch does not brake. It is very simple.

+1.......simple to do, but if you don't like dry slide you can use cable lube as well.

It's not hard to do. As was said above, just open up the switch housing and spray the lube down the cables. I use Bell-Ray "6 in 1" lube which is made for cables.

I remove the cable and place some tape around the end to make a funnel.I then spray some MotionPro cable lube into the funnel so it will drain down the cable.

Easy to do. I use lube-it-8 teflon cable lube.

I just dump a little 30 wt. down mine. Seems to work ok.
