I put a little scissor jack near the back of the frame, on baggers there's that bit of a dogbone, a piece of sturdy small channel iron on the jack and under the frame, hoist the bike up and support under the frame with blocking. I have a short piece of old railroad tie I use, lower the jack and then a good portion of weight is off the tailgate and the bike is quite stable. The 3/4" plywood is cut and turned crossways on the tailgate so the grain can give better support while loaded. I've had good luck with that so far and of course load securement is critical.
Good day everyone.

Most motorcycle dealers have a system worked out for dealing with bikes that need to be unloaded. Maybe you could take the bike and the truck to the dealer and get them to help you load it. Might need to find another dealer at the destination. I've transported some bikes on trucks and done this with success.
