Default Fuel Injection

I have a question. I put a screamin eagle stage one air cleaner on my bike with a set of vance and hines big radius 2 into 2 exhaust. I have an 06 35th anniversary superglide. I did not get the reflash because I had heard too many people's bikes with the popping on decel and I didn't want that so instead I went with a screamin eagle race fueler. I ran the race fueler for a while but kept getting the check engine light and after running diagnostics found that the rear o2 sensor was showing rich and lean. Then I bought a race tuner and havent hooked it up yet instead I decided to uninstall the race fueler and I started the bike to see if I got any codes or any lean symptoms. I let the bike warm up and went for a ride and it showed no codes and had no lean symptoms(coughing popping on decel) and ran good. My question is do i need the reflash from the tuner or is it good like it is?

Go with the tuner (I assume its the SEST) And have a good shop do a dyno run. You won't believe the HP & torque difference! BTW I miss my 35th anniversary SG--bought the first one that came into Tampa Bay 'cause I thought it was the absolute most beautiful bike the Moco has ever produced. Nice ride.
