I just picked up 2 of these..$10.00 each...waste of money, it very well may be but so is everything else on my bike and this stage of my life I really don't give a ****

Hey, I've got some used Champions for you, if you want to waste your money and don't give a ****, $5 ea, send it my way, these are better plugs.

Various novelty performance spark plugs have been around for decades, as has the disappointment associated with their use. Materials science has certainly improved plug life, as have improvements in fuel management and solid state ignition systems. At this point in the evolution of the internal combustion engine, significant advances in spark plug design aren't probable.

If you have a Twin Cam just go to an auto parts store and buy some Champion RA8HC plugs. They are about $2.00 each and are the same as the Harley 6R12 plugs for about half the cost. And, we all know Harley doesn't make spark plugs anyway!

I agree, Splitfire is nothing but hype. NGK BPR5ES are what I use in my Evo. They seem to resist fouling better than Champion when traveling to higher elevations.
