Default Looking to Replace the Air shocks on my road king???

Are progressive shocks a good deal for the money???Looking to replace the stock air shocks on my 2005 Road king and am looking for a GOOD product at a GOOD price???I usually drive with a passenger.Ken

i put progressive 440 s on my o4 rkc. i like them.

What was the price on those 440's????Also what is the best setting with a passenger???

I've been considering 12.5" Progressive 412's. About $200 on Ebay. I had them on my Dyna and was happy with them however I'm not sure how they'jj work on an FLHX.

Went with 940 progressive's on my 09RKC...ain't cheap but well worth the money....

Gonna need a price range before I can offer a suggestion or two. If you plan on keeping your bike for a long time or will get another touring bike you can spend more for good shocks that are rebuildable. Ikon, Ricor, and Ohlins come to mind. Not saying there's anything wrong with Progressive. Just that they aren't rebuildable that I know of. The 940's are spendy too.
