Go up the Columbia River Gorge on Hwy 14 to Carson.
Turn North on Wind River Highway to Mount Saint Helens.
Great twisties and beautiful scenery.

Im not sure if i would go anywhere near Mt Saint Helens, i heard its been starting to move again. Just a suggestion.
