ABATE of Washington here.

 

According to the ABATE Texas website there is no Houston area chapter. I had to join as an independent rider (no chapter). I think something must have gone bad at some point because there are a lot of riders in Houston.

If anyone can point me to the local group I'd be grateful.

 

I am the Legislative Director for D-8 ABATE of Georgia. I am also our district's liason for the MRF and will be attending the Beast of the East this weekend in Greenville, SC. On top of that, I am a member of the AMA as well. My wife is a member of all three as well. To me, it is very important to be a part of the fight to preserve and protect our rights.

 

I am a member of WI. ABATE and MRF (Motorcycle Riders Foundation) which does what ABATE does on a national level. I don't have time to be an active member but I feel it is important to financially support the work they do.

 

My club's chapters are "members", for lack of a better word, of whatever local Confederation of Clubs are in their area.

Member AMA for over 25 years and member of ABATE of West Virginia.
