I rode mine home (4 hours) in January and it was the best ride of my life. My cheeks hurt from smiling for 4 hours..
+1 on not playing with anything while driving.

this is a joke question is'nt it, unless you are unwell or have broken something then it has to be ridden, if you dont have the confidence to ride it away from the dealership then should you be riding it at all? after i rode my new fatboy home the long way, about 250 miles and a ferry ride i rang the dealer to put replacement nuts in the mail to cover those that fell off.

Bought an Ultra once from a dealership over in Atlanta and rode it home - almost 200 miles.

I'm sorry, what was the question?

Cool

Had to comment, Saturday at the local dealer three of us standing out in front. A guy hoppes on his brand new Road king, The first 20 feet he dragged his feet as the bike tipped side to side, he then managed to get his feet up and road away at about 3 mph still tipping side to side. The thought of him trying to make it through the first intersection scared the h out me. I just hope he made it without killing himself or some body else.

Ride it like you stole it. After you break it in. Why buy it if you are not going to ride it good luck.

Just leave that trailer parked till that bike breaks down.
Ride it and stop asking stoopid questions.
And get everyone a beer.
Make mine a water.
