Funny you ask this when you did. I just bit the bullet and bought some transition glasses. I don't have any bags and it sucks *** in the summer if I have to tote two pairs of glasses for day and night. Found a pair of transitions on clearance for $60 online and bought them. I'll let you know how they work out.

I use clear wrap-around industrial safety glasses, with the 2.0 bifocals (sh*t, I'm old...but with this kinda magnification I could do brain surgery if I knew what I was doing) the same as I use in the shop. Cheap and work great....same as the shaded ones for bright days.

For night riding I personally prefer Welding Goggles . . .

I keep both a yellow and clear pair of safety glasses in the bike,get them at a safety rental equment place across the street from my shop for $15.00 a dozen !!!

I use a set of clear lenses in my Wiley X frames.

uvex clears are good and so are norton 180s

yellow lenses add depth perception when lighting conditions are low or background contrast is limited. It is (or was) used very heavily for skiing to add depth perception. Skiing has since adopted orange as well. I personally prefer the orange lenses. Brighten like yellow does, but does not drive me crazy over time. There is only so much yellow I can handle.
