Guy at work got a call from his wife she reported that the crowd levels at the stores she went to were not quite the size of the post-Thanksgiving sales but it not far from it!

 

I stopped by the HD North Texas store this morning and couldn't believe the amount of traffic they had. The place was packed - I couldn't even get to the motorclothes section.

 

I rode across the Red River to my nearest Harley dealer today. They had a big HOOT with a big Barbeque cook-out and benefit for a local family that had a motorcycle fatality.

They sold 3 Harley motorcycles out the door while I was there. One '07 Black and White LowRider, one '07 Heritage Classic and an '06 Black Road King.

A local radio station was broadcasting from there and I stuffed myself with some pretty darn good Texas barbequed sliced beef.

Also bought a couple official Harley T-Shirts.

 

HEY!! We may run out down here if all you okies keep eating it!
